Kels Open Kitchen isn't just a food trailer — it's a business built on consistency, warm service, and plates that stop people in their tracks.
The menu leans Latin-inspired with ceviche, empanadas, roasted pork, tostones, tacos, house chips, salsa, guac, and fresh drinks. Simple enough to execute from a trailer, intentional enough to feel gourmet.
Based in the Deltona area, we roll through Volusia County bringing scratch-made plates to breweries, HOA nights, private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings.
